Some things you can do to get your home ready to be shown and sold:

- Organize any closets and storage areas that will be seen
- Clutter- lets get it all put away and out of sight. 
- Make anything in view, neat.
- Make your windows and doors sparkle. Inside and out.
- Vacuum all window treatments and drapes. Make sure to vacuum any corners that are out of sight.
- Shine up any fixtures, hardware, mirrors throughout.
- Any minor maintenance needed, tackle it. Missing molding, leaky faucet, etc.  These things will eventually be noticed, and possibly asked to be taken care of. 
- Inspect bathtubs and tile walls for missing grout.
- Check for old water stains. Make sure those leaks are no longer active.
- Any closet doors off the track, repair or replace and have functional.
- Yard mess- rake up leaves, cut grass, hose down any concrete surfaces for a fresh look.
- Make sure doors close easily and do not stick.
